This is not a job listing. Finishingmorgan Roofing does not hire roofers as staff. We are a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run your own roofing company, you may be a fit for the network.

Homeowners come to us with real needs. Many want a new roof. Some need help after hail or a coastal storm. A few have urgent leaks. You choose which jobs to pursue.

Who we are looking for

We want roofing businesses that work in the Peapack and Gladstone area and take pride in the work. That means:

• Roof replacement and roof repair experience
• Skill with older homes, steep pitches and tricky flashing
• Knowledge of cold, snowy winters and freeze-thaw wear
• A willingness to explain things in plain words

Small and mid-sized crews are welcome. So are established firms.

What we expect

Homeowners are trusting a stranger with their roof. We take that seriously. Providers in our network should:

• Hold current licenses and insurance required in NJ and local areas
• Give written estimates with a clear scope
• Reply to homeowners in a timely way
• Be honest about what a roof needs, and what it does not
• Never claim to be Finishingmorgan Roofing or speak for it
• Be upfront with homeowners about who does the work

You stay independent. You set your own prices. You manage your own crews, schedules and warranties.

• The services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on the types of roofs you work on

We will review it and reply with next steps. Referral terms are shared before anything starts, so you know how it works.
